Hello, I'm Angie, a dedicated yoga teacher with a decade-long journey in the practice, including a 200-hour RYT certification. My love for yoga began as a personal quest for maintaining strength and flexibility, and now I'm thrilled to share that passion with others. I approach teaching with a focus on positivity and joy, creating an inviting space where students can embrace the transformative power of yoga. My mission is to inspire and encourage individuals to move their bodies, cultivating strength, flexibility, mobility and overall well-being.
